  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Achieving performance benchmarks
  • Proactively prospecting and scheduling client meetings
  • Conducting thorough fact-finding to assess clients' financial situations and future goals
  • Delivering high-quality, professional mortgage advice and clarifying various mortgage options
  • Discussing necessary insurance and protection products to empower clients in their decision-making
  • Communicating effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Ensuring all regulatory documentation is completed within stipulated timelines
  • Staying informed about new mortgage and protection offerings and changes in regulations
  • Maintaining a broad understanding of the Financial Services landscape and relevant knowledge
  • Embodying and promoting company values alongside our brand
  • Team Leadership (Recruiting, training, and nurturing a team of mortgage and protection consultants. Setting performance objectives and tracking team progress. Providing continuous coaching and support to team members.)
