  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Established Client Portfolio

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Achieving performance benchmarks
  • Proactively prospecting and scheduling client meetings
  • Conducting thorough fact-finding to assess clients' financial situations and future goals
  • Delivering high-quality, professional mortgage advice and elucidating various mortgage options
  • Advising on necessary insurance and protection products to empower clients in their decision-making
  • Communicating effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Ensuring timely completion of all regulatory documentation
  • Staying informed about new mortgage and protection offerings as well as regulatory changes
  • Maintaining a broad understanding of the Financial Services landscape and relevant knowledge
  • Embodying and promoting company values alongside our brand
  • Team Leadership (Recruiting, training, and nurturing a team of mortgage and protection consultants. Setting performance objectives and tracking team achievements. Providing continuous coaching and support to team members.)
