Aromatherapy Associates has been sharing the therapeutic powers of essential oils for over 35 years. The Brand was founded in 1985 by Geraldine Howard & Sue Beechey, therapists that had trained under the renowned aromatherapist Micheline Arcier, who can be traced back to the modern-day founders of aromatherapy. Overview:

The Finance Business Partner will be a key point of connection between the finance team and the Sales & Commercial team. They will support regular financial reporting tailored to the needs of the team as well as carrying out ad-hoc analysis as required for day to day decision making. This position will report to the Financial Controller.

The Finance Business Partner is responsible for financial forecasting and budgeting. They will analyse business performance, identifying variances against forecast and budget and provide insight to drive actions.


Responsibilities:

  • Preparing financial analysis and providing insights to finance and non-finance colleagues
  • Co-ordinating financial forecast and budgeting procedures
  • Finance support for commercial sales and operational staff
  • Support decision making (pricing, new customers, new product development)
  • Build strong cross functional relationships across the business


Requirements and qualifications

  • Part qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA
  • Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
  • Highly IT literate, comfortable operating and learning new systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to commute to Head Office in Brentford up to three times per week
