Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Head of Sales you will:
Work in a fast paced, target oriented role aimed towards high value new business wins.
Development professional able to distil business strategy into careful sector targeting.
Effective, detailed pipeline and CRM management.
Creating and presenting tailored commercial offerings to potential clients.
Effectively promoting the service offering via direct communication in face-to-face meetings, presentations, and tender situations.
Actively and successfully managing the entire end to end sales process
Responsible for tender management from identifying and responding in a timely manner
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
A proven track record with at least 3 years experience in a comparable field-based business development role.
Personal skills
The Business Development Manager role would suit someone who is:

Agile, solutions focused development skillset.
Is a self-motivator and independent
Experienced in developing, managing and implementing new business services.
Knowledgeable of the Waste industry including relevant laws would be advantageous
