The RolenDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for international business projectsnCommunicate with stakeholders and team members to ensure project goals are metnLead project meetings and facilitate decision-making processesnProvide guidance and support to project team membersnCollaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectivesnIdentify and mitigate project risks and issuesnMonitor and report project progress to senior managementnManage project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accessiblenEnsure compliance with international regulations and policies
The PersonnBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or related fieldnFluency in Englishn8+ years of experience in project managementnProficient in project management software and toolsnKnowledge of international regulations and policiesnAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslynAttention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recordsnAny additional European languages (esp. Italian, German, Spanish) will be a plus
