About the RolenThe London office of a globally recognised architectural practice, has a rare opening for an experienced Project Director to lead a team of project managers, architects, and technicians to oversee the delivery of a series of stunning projects located across the globe. You would be working in tandem with the practices global architectural design leads and be responsible for setting the agenda to drive the management of all aspects of project delivery enabling elite design outcomes married fiscal prudence.nThis globally renowned practice would like to receive candidates from diverse experience backgrounds. You will need to have assembled a ‘global excellence’ portfolio of elite design projects that you have overseen. Sectors could include cultural, education, retail, commercial or mixed use as examples. The role may require international travel to the Middle East and beyond to service and build client relationships and manage the delivery of projects at the most senior level. The remuneration package is outstanding and aligned with the role as a senior practice leader. Key responsibilitiesn• Drive project management innovation and design delivery excellence.n• Manage several projects and teams concurrently.n• Work within the senior leadership team across practice to facilitate great outcomes.n• Be responsible for fees/resourcing/practice management duties.n• Client engagement and management experience.

Skills and experiencen• Preferably a qualified architect with Part III or equivalent.n• Great at managing people and building relationships.n• Organised, disciplined, and structured approach.n• Experience running cutting-edge global design teams.

Excellent communication skills and proven experience of mentoring and developing your team.
