First Point Group is recruiting a Project Director to join a Global Consultancy on a HyperScale Data Centre project in London.

Due to a massive project win, they seek a highly experienced and ambitious Project Director to join their team for a Hyper-Scale Data Centre project for a blue chip client. With a Senior Director team in place, it is set up for a Project Director looking to fast-track their career.

Operating across the UK and Europe in the mission-critical sector, they are highly regarded as an employee-focused business that is working on multi-billion pound Data Centre projects for the world's leading blue chip technology clients.

Candidates must have proven Data Centre full project life cycle experience with a mixture of Consultancy/Main Contracting experience.

Project Director Data Centres Responsibilities:

Ensuring effective client relationship managementnDeveloping an in-depth understanding of future project strategies and pipelinenManaging the operational aspects of the tender processnFacilitating seamless communication between head office departments and the project site to drive continuous improvementnProviding comprehensive training programs for staff and managers to enhance performance and proficiencynOffering leadership support to teams and fostering motivationnEfficiently managing budgets and costs in alignment with the project planning processnActing as a critical liaison to senior management and the board of directors, providing regular project updatesnEstablishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project performancenOverseeing the implementation of new policies and proceduresnConducting internal contract review meetings with legal teams and ensuring attendance of key personnelnTaking charge of overall project operations and ensuring alignment with client and project team's safety, quality, and environmental objectivesnImplementing effective management systems throughout the construction process, particularly related to subcontractor managementnInitiating targeted staff training initiatives when necessary
