Project Director

Location: Manchester or Liverpool office (Hybrid working)

Role: Permanent


This is a great opportunity to join our growing Property & Construction North division as we continue to grow our service offerings in the North of England. The role will be focussed on Project Delivery, but you will also work with the Partner to build relationships with key clients across the region with a focus on the Health, Education, Science & Technology markets.


Relevant skills and experience:


  • Experience delivering newbuild and refurbishment schemes within the Higher Education and/or Healthcare sectors (essential)
  • Experience working for a Consultancy or Client side organisation (essential)
  • Experience managing projects throughout the entire project Lifecycle, RIBA 0-6 (essential)
  • Relevant project management qualification (beneficial)
  • Membership with the APM, RICS, CIOB or similar professional body (beneficial)
  • Healthcare Business Case experience (advantageous)
