We are looking for an accomplished, organised, detail-orientated PM and Production Lead and post sales operations for a cutting-edge Creative Agency business who create immersive streaming and broadcast experiences for household brands such as Samsung, New Balance, ASUS, PC Curry’s World, KFC and more.


Due to the increasing sophistication in work and volume of deals, my client is seeking a strong PM Lead / Director. The duties of this person will include:


  • Take charge of the whole post sale / delivery experience for clients in terms of processes, procedure, documentation, and implementation to create a world-class PM / Production / delivery experience for clients
  • leadership of the personnel in the Project Management Team being responsible for their development, welfare and output
  • the whole end-to-end asset creation process for client’s booked campaigns that can be published across TikTok YT, IG, Snap, etc
  • efficiencies around production and budgeting to ensure work is delivered in a profitable manner and on-time
  • deep level of organisation and world-class attention-to-detail
  • and external stakeholder management
  • implementing world class thinking and optimising processes around project management, campaign delivery, campaign creation and production and setting campaigns live
  • processes around weekly reporting, campaign stats and PCA creation and delivery for clients and agencies
  • with and working in partnership with the sales and commercial teams
  • a high-performance culture in the delivery part of the business to foster an excellent client experience that drives retention and repeat business
  • 6 – 8 years’ experience and demonstrable proof of project management and production delivery leadership, leading team
  • digital native who fully understands the ecosystem being social / video / digital content and gaming
