This role is pivotal, as it involves partnering closely with the team to drive the delivery of our Innovation pipeline, which represents a staggering 50% growth. We're seeking someone with a knack for redefining how finance fuels innovation in our organization. Responsibilities:

Business Partnership:
  • Forge strong, meaningful relationships within the Innovation team.
  • Provide support and constructive challenge, ensuring accountability.
  • Articulate financial business cases to the Europe Leadership team with confidence and flair.
Decision Support on Innovation Priorities:
  • Assess and value the Europe pipeline alongside the Head of Brand and Innovation leads.
  • Conduct strategic analysis of the regional pipeline, steering corrective actions when necessary.
  • Offer visionary insights on enhancing performance metrics in scale and sustainability.
Decision Support on Innovation Projects:
  • Conduct rigorous, unbiased financial assessments of intricate, cross-market projects through scenario planning.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize profit and loss statements.
  • Provide guidance and knowledge transfer on financial matters to team members as needed.
Support to Head of FP&A:
  • Assist in producing insightful month-end, budget, and quarterly forecasts.
  • Craft compelling EU presentation decks for review with the US leadership team.
Experience You'll Bring:
  • Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 5 years PQE and a stellar academic track record.
  • Deep understanding of Innovation processes and effective performance communication.
  • Sharp commercial acumen with an innate grasp of consumer and customer dynamics.
  • Strategic visionary with the ability to evaluate alternatives and drive impactful decision-making.
  • Cultivator of influential relationships and catalyst for transformative change.
