Sales Director

A leader in their field, my client offers a market leading range of products and services, underpinned by an outstanding logistics operation. Moreover, a first class approach to innovation and digital transformation will ensure my client continues on its growth journey.
The (regional) Sales Director will be responsible for leading and coaching regional sales and branch teams to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. The role will encompass:
Define the regional sales strategy
Recruit, coach, develop and retain the regional talent pool
Continuously work to develop operational best practice.
Lead the regional digital transformation journey. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong sales and operations background. You will have lead a branch network and sales team. You will have a strong B2B/Wholesale background.
Role covers East Anglia and East of England.
