Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inbound Sales Representative to join our sales team in Cambridge. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals. You will need to be a good communicator and be confident using, and talking about, software. Respond promptly to incoming leads via phone, email, and live chat.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and identify opportunities for our software solutions.
Collaborate with account executives and sales managers to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
Knowledge of the software industry and SaaS (Software as a Service) model is desirable.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales methodologies.
This is a full-time position based in Cambridge.
