Are you an outstanding leader dedicated to Marketing Best Practice? Our client based in Cambridge is looking for an experienced Director of Portfolio Marketing to join the Senior Leadership Team and manage a team of Product Marketers. The role is Hybridwith an expectation of quarterly Leadership meetings in Cambridge and monthly meetings with the team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define go-to-market strategies for the company’s products collaborating with Product Management, Commercial and Marketing teams, and measure objectives
- Lead and Coach existing teams to develop strategies for positioning, messaging, and value propositions to align with buyer needs
- Have an understanding and ability to interpret trends, buyer needs and customer usage in order to identify opportunities and help steer product roadmaps and pricing strategy
- Train and educate sales and marketing teams on Sales Enablement programmes
- Oversee the customer journey life cycle to ensure the journey is personalised and automated
- Ensure customer onboarding, engagement drive deeper and minimise churn
- Develop, nurture and leverage relationships with Stakeholders to build on the company reputation and increase market awareness
- Providing support to Product and Customer Marketing teams in setting goals and delivery of
- Support the Chief Marketing Officer to grow the Marketing Team

**Skills**:

- 10 years’ experience in marketing functions within the B2B SaaS Industry. At least 4-5 years within a Senior Leadership Role
- Successfully managing, growing and leading a marketing team and ability to inspire and motivate team
- Proven record of writing and implementing marketing plans within a fast-paced technical environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills in order to deliver results
- Ability to leverage market data and trends, competitive and customer insights to drive growth
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Customer focused
- Outstanding communication skills having the ability to accurately explain complex concepts into language easily understandable by a variety of audiences
