Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat, striving to exceed their expectations.
Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, demonstrating patience and understanding.
Escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams while maintaining ownership of the customer interaction.
Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
Collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience. Preferred Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
A passion for promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace and customer interactions.
Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role. Preferred Qualifications:
A customer service qualification or relevant vocational training.
Demonstrated understanding of equality and diversity principles in a customer service context.
