About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Services Officer to join our team in a housing environment. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our residents receive a high level of support and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a first point of contact service for callers and visitors to our offices and accommodation.
  • Offer an efficient, responsive, and accountable administration service.
  • Work with customers and colleagues in a fast-changing environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and data management.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of Spreadsheets and Databases.
  • Experience of office procedures.
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with a diverse range of people, including those who are vulnerable.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records of information.
Working Arrangements

This is a part-time role, working 20 hours a week over 5 days. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-1pm. This is an initial 6-week position, and a DBS check at Enhanced - Adult/Children level is required.
