Customer Service Coordinator

**About the role**
As a Customer Service Co-ordinator based at Head Office in Torquay, you will sit at the heart of our customer care process, supporting customers throughout their journey with us.
Acting as the first point of contact for our customers, you will answer and evaluate customer enquiries, recording correspondence on our system.
Additionally, you will:
- Update and maintain records on our COINS computer system
- Ensure work has been carried out to the purchaser’s satisfaction
- Attend occasional site meetings and visit customers

**Who we are looking for**
To be considered as a Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will need:
Customer service experience
Experience in a fast-paced environment
A working knowledge of Microsoft packages
At a minimum, GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Other organisations may call this role Customer Care Advisor, Customer Advisor, Customer Service Executive, Customer Service Rep, Customer Support Advisor, or Customer Support Representative.
