Support Services Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Services Coordinator to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our support services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the activities of care staff and external agencies to ensure seamless care delivery
- Managing communications with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to inform decision-making
- Supporting the implementation of new initiatives and processes

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also require strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
