*What you'll be doing;*n* Responsible for the day-to-day management of the service delivery, including the dynamic allocation of work to vehicles/routesn* Proactively communicate with customers and interested stakeholders including the wider Veolia team or Management team providing status updates and maintaining contact with drivers throughout the dayn* Complete the debrief process within the allocated time and report any necessary action or updates as requiredn* Face-to-face engagement with our drivers daily, supporting drivers to act on issues identified on the roundsn* Report all safety concerns or container damage via close call reporting and encouraging ‘stop the job’ if it is deemed unsafe to continue in line with company operating procedures and processesn* Ensure Veolia legal compliance on-site - WTD and transport compliance

*What we're looking for;*n* Previous experience operating within a similar industry; waste/transport/logisticsn* Able to demonstrate an understanding of transport compliance and WTDn* Good Communication skills communicating with people of all levelsn* People management skillsn* Ability to organise and prioritise a busy workload operating at a fast pacen* Good IT Skills, MS Office 2000, and the ability to adapt to Googlen* Proactive in knowing upcoming legislation changes and remains current on activities and changes within our sector Knowledge of the management of other waste management facilitiesn* Transport Management CPC qualification would be desirable
