The Role
As a Rail Replacement Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing different situations during times of disruption, including ensuring buses and trains run on time, making announcements, carrying out appropriate safety duties, and assisting with customer service and revenue. You'll receive comprehensive training to ensure you have all the knowledge and skills you need to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage disruptions and pre-planned work on the Greater Anglia network
- Ensure buses and trains run on time and make announcements as needed
- Carry out safety duties and assist with customer service and revenue
- Work collaboratively with the special events team as required
Requirements
