Facilities Operations Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and being the face of CBRE and Syngenta for day-to-day facilities operations. This includes being the point of contact for key stakeholders and site visitors, as well as managing preferred suppliers and ensuring all site QHSE rules and regulations are adhered to.
Key Tasks:
- Be the first point of contact for key stakeholders on site.
- Ensure exceptional customer service experience while managing all preferred suppliers.
- Be the point of contact for all site visitors and suppliers.
- Ensure the site is always kept clean and tidy, both internally and externally.
- Undertake planned maintenance procedures, regular checks, and routine inspections on equipment issued via the CAFM system.
- Undertake repair and reactive minor works associated with installed services, building fabric, and any relevant tasks to job designation and report all faults back to the help desk.
Requirements:
- IT skills including MS Office and data bases.
- Good level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload to effectively meet deadlines.
- Full clean driving license.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of an integrated site team.
- Basic maintenance skills including painting and decorating, tap repairs, lamp replacements, carpentry, and general repairs.
