Job Title: Logistics and Trade Compliance Coordinator

Endomag is a global technology company dedicated to improving cancer care worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics and Trade Compliance Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Logistics and Trade Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the logistical aspects of deliveries from suppliers to Endomag and shipments of products to distributors/customers. This includes comprehensive record-keeping, ensuring full audit compliance, and coordinating warranty returns and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize shipping of products from UK warehousing and suppliers to customers/distributors, ensuring timely delivery and meeting requested delivery dates.
  • Receive and inspect deliveries, ensuring specifications and quantities are correct and goods are in acceptable condition.
  • Quarantine and report non-conforming consignments to management.
  • Pick and pack inventory items against internal requisitions.
  • Dispatch goods to external destinations.
  • Comply with department SOPs and other relevant policies and regulations.
  • Match deliveries with purchase orders and investigate discrepancies.
  • Control on-site inventory, create picking lists, and raise invoices within an ERP system.
  • Assist with import and export HMRC customs compliance, maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Control finished goods inventory at 3PL providers and some suppliers.
  • Assist with recorded inventory control with Reps.
  • Order warehouse consumables.
  • Receive deliveries and complete stock movements within an ERP system.
  • Assist the Logistics and Trade Compliance Manager in maximizing the use of customs special procedures.
  • Raise export commercial invoices with correct tariff codes, customs procedure codes, and Incoterms.
  • Assist with tariff classification and origin determination.
  • Ensure correct Incoterms are used for all shipments.
  • Assist with continuous improvement tasks.
  • Maintain clear records for traceability and compliance with ISO 13485.
  • Ensure activities meet organizational requirements for health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies, and general duty of care.
Requirements:
  • Experience in logistics and international trade compliance is highly advantageous.
Experience and Knowledge:
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics.
  • Evidence of experience interacting with supply chain partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of products.
  • Experience dealing with customers regarding complaints, warranty returns, and repairs.
  • Knowledge of product tariff classification.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms 2020.
  • Experience with different HMRC customs procedures desirable.
  • Experience in technical and practical aspects of import and export customs procedures preferred.
  • Detailed knowledge of all fields on a CHIEF or CDS customs entry.
  • Comprehensive experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems.
Abilities and Skills:
  • Self-starter with strong motivational skills.
  • Evidence of effective communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Evidence of ability to work with critical attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills to effectively handle conflicting priorities and ensure tight deadlines are met.
  • Good IT skills (MS Office).
  • Capability to produce professional and concise documentation.
  • A willingness to learn new tasks and topics.
  • Experience working for a small, dynamic organization.
