As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing different situations during times of disruption, including ensuring buses and trains run on time, making announcements, carrying out appropriate safety duties, and assisting with customer service and revenue. You'll receive comprehensive training to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in this role.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build rapport with a diverse range of people, and have a systematic approach to working. You'll also need to be available to work flexibly and at short notice, as our services operate seven days a week, covering a range of different hours.
