Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for NHS Admin Support on a ongoing temporary agency contract. This role will mainly be remote working, however infrequent travel may be expected to the Cambridge area.

**Hours**
37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri)

**Rate**
PAYE Rate - £12
Paid weekly via an umbrella company.

**Main Duties**
To undergo an administrative/ coordination service around meetings within the service. This will include being the first point of contact for team/ department, which could involve duties such as:

- **Prepare meeting agendas, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics (this will include scheduling and planning meetings, preparing and distributing meeting invitations to all participants, coordination with presenters confirming their availability, attendee management and taking accurate meeting minutes)**:

- ** Attending a minimum of 4 meetings a month**:

- ** Prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines**:

- ** Proactively communicate any potential delays or issues related to task completion**:

- ** Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems**:

- ** Perform various administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, filing and organising documents online if required and other ad-hoc admin cover might be required in case admin team absence**
