HR GO Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic character to join one of the financial companies based in Cambridge as an Transport Administrator.

You will be responsible for resolving customer queries in a professional and timely manner.

**General Duties of an Customer Service Administrator**:

- Assist the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fleet
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services
- Develop and implement resource planning strategies to meet operational demands
- Monitor and track fleet activities to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to fleet operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Provide administrative support as needed to ensure the smooth functioning of operations

**General Requirements of an Customer Service Administrator**:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the transportation or logistics industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Knowledge of resource planning and fleet management principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting
