Receptionist/administrator

Coffee Solutions was formed in September 1996; which has grown due to our dedicated and focused workforce - not through acquisition or merger. With over 30 years combined experience in the coffee industry, service to our customers is our paramount concern and we believe that this commitment is the key to our success.
We are currently looking for a permanent, full time receptionist/administrator to work alongside an enthusiastic team. We are based just south of Cambridge in the village of Pampisford, this is located with good transport links including a bus service from Cambridge centre.
**Responsibilities**:
- Being the first point of contact for anyone visiting the office
- Telephone Liason
- Processing Orders
- Touch base with customers on a monthly basis
- General admin tasks and duties as required
**Who are we looking for**:
- Demonstrable experience in an administrative or customer service position
- Demonstrate clear attention to detail in relation to office administration duties
- Able to manage filing in a clear and logical structure
- Self-motivated: Ability to work unsupervised and use own initiative
- Ability to remain calm in difficult situations
- A positive enthusiastic approach to solving problems

This position requires you to demonstrate good customer service skills, as you will be communicating with customers on a daily basis, a good understanding of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook are essential, previous experience using Sage Accounts Package would be beneficial however not necessary as training can be given.
Your hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm with a 30 minute break for Lunch
