About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Patient Transport team as a Transport Booking Coordinator. This role will involve coordinating transportation services for patients, ensuring timely and efficient transportation to and from appointments and treatments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate transportation services for patients, including booking and scheduling appointments
  • Work closely with the Patient Transport team to ensure smooth and efficient transportation operations
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transportation services
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of transportation bookings and schedules
  • Identify and resolve any issues or concerns related to transportation services

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of transportation services and logistics
