Skills for Care has an exciting opportunity for a Leadership and Management Development Coordinator to join our Leadership and Management Development Team. You will be supporting in the progression and growth of our commercial Leadership and Management Development offer to the sector, as well as supporting with important grant funded work on Messenger.
This post is fixed term to cover a period of high activity for the remainder of the financial year (up to 31st March 2025)
About the role:
This role is up to full-time, fixed term role to cover a period of high activity for the remainder of the financial year (up to 31st March 2025). The Leadership and Management Development Team are home based in England.
The successful candidate will coordinate, monitor and report on project activity for the Leadership and Management Development Team, helping to manage and oversee activities including coordinating the project planning of our grant funded high profile activity.
You will help to coordinate communications and meeting with partners and key stakeholders, maintaining an overview of the business activities of team members, supporting the flow of required information to different parts of Skills for Care, generating information and performance project-related tasks.
