**Job title: Property Investments Coordinator**

**Location: Leeds**

**Terms: Full time; Monday - Friday; 9am - 5.30pm.**

**Salary/rate: £23,000 - £27,000 dependent on experience**

**About the role**:
The Property Investments Coordinator will be proactive and someone who is not afraid to get stuck in. This role will be supporting the company Directors and a small integrated team, who require assistance on a wide range of duties, from liaising with our professional consultants to assisting with client KYC & AML compliance checks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with solicitors and other professionals in relation to property purchases, disposals and leases.
- Post completion tracking.
- Assisting with client KYC & AML compliance.
- Assisting in the incorporation of new companies and consistent monitoring of existing companies to ensure information is kept in good standing.
- Preparing company minutes for each transaction.
- Assisting in the preparation of engagement agreements and tracking to ensure all are received back and accurate files maintained.
- Arranging appointments, meetings and maintaining an up to date diary/calendar.
- Fulfilling administrative and other duties as assigned.
- Maintaining accurate information and records on our database.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a property related role, such as paralegal or legal secretary.
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Capability to prioritise and multitask effectively with good time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to integrate easily into an established team and to work as part of the team, offering support to colleagues in the department and throughout the company when needed.
- Excellent levels of accuracy.
- Initiative to learn and the ability to self-motivate.
- Always demonstrating discretion and the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Minimum GCSE grades C or above in maths and English or equivalent.

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Full clean driving licence.
