**The Opportunity**:
We're looking for an Investment Consultant with a dynamic and innovative approach to join our young, energetic team. This role is crucial in connecting our property sourcing team’s efforts with our investors, predominantly from Hong Kong.
**Responsibilities**:
- Liaise with our property sourcing team and our directors to understand new property investments and help prepare investment proposals for investors.
- Work closely with the director managing overseas investors, assisting in various aspects of client management and investment processes.
- Proactively contact new and existing clients, understanding their investment goals, and offer customized solutions.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with investors, ensuring top-notch client service.
- Guide investors through the investment lifecycle, including deal presentation, negotiation, property surveys, legals, refurbishments, and various exit strategies.
- Keep updated on market trends and investment opportunities in the residential property sector, with a focus on West Yorkshire and Greater Manchester.
- Regularly commute between Yorkshire and Greater Manchester for property viewings and meetings with clients and the director.
- Organize and lead client meetings and property viewings, and participate in investment seminars.
- Create and deliver regular reports on investment performance, market trends, and client portfolios.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in property investment and sales and client relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of the UK property market, especially in residential investment strategies such as Buy-to-Let (BTL), Housing of Multiple Occupancy (HMO), Social Housing (SH) and Serviced Accommodation (SA).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Financial analysis and investment appraisal proficiency.
- Basic soft skills such as adaptability, creativity, and team collaboration.
- Proactive and able to work independently and flexible on working hours to adopt overseas time zones (as needed).
- Proficiency in IT, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
- Driver’s license and access to a car.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
