Harte Consulting are delighted to be partnering with a property investment company based in Leeds who, are now looking for an Investment Sales consultant Our partner helps their clients invest in the UK property market with ease. With a focus on property in the North of England, they service clients across the UK and overseas.

As the Investment Sales Consultant, you will be a tenacious sales professional looking for a new opportunity within a growing company. You will be joining a team where performance is not only valued but financially rewarded, giving you the opportunity to earn uncapped commission.

**The person**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in a sales role.
- Ability to build relationships quickly.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Full and valid driving licence.

Desirable:

- Knowledge or experience property.
- Experience of interacting with and closing sales to high-net-worth clients.

**The role**:

- Ensure all inbound leads are worked effectively.
- Liaising with potential buyers.
- Conducting viewings on developments/show apartments.
- Updating investors with new buy-to-let opportunities that are available.
- Generating investment breakdowns and sending out to the client base.
- Conducting meetings with existing and potential buyers, both in person and via Zoom.
- Maintaining relationships with developers and attending social events.

**The benefits**:

- Basic Salary of £24,000 per annum (DOE).
- First year potential earnings in excess of £50,000.
- Second year potential earning in excess of £80,000.
- Mon-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.
- 28 days’ holiday per annum inc. bank holidays.
- On-site parking.
- Laptop and mobile.
- Full sales training and consistent coaching.
