**Role**: Responsible for assisting the MD and construction manager in project management.
**Rewards & Benefits**:
- £13.50 per hour salary
- Flexible hours to suit school hours
- Hybrid working allowed - with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office
- 20 days holiday allowance + bank holidays
- 25 hours per week initially
**Key tasks**:
- Serve as day-to-day contact
- Participate in meetings with existing clients and internal construction team
- Ensures high quality standards in all client deliverables
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party suppliers for the flawless execution of projects
- Processing work orders and sourcing contractors
- Reviewing and organising of surveys
- Shadow MD to gain valuable experience and ensure resource availability and allocation to the correct sites
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation via our internal system
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with other staff members
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
**Requirements**:
- Construction industry experience desirable but not essential
- Proven working experience in project management teams
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Team collaboration skills - minimum 3 years' experience in a project coordinator role
- An enthusiastic and professional communicator
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Well organised, self-motivated and approachable personality
