**Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm

**Position Overview**: The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the planning, administration, and organisation of our construction projects. This role requires a driven individual with a strong personality, a "can-do" attitude, and exceptional organisational skills. The Project Coordinator will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met, quality standards are upheld, and projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Execution**: Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and tasks. Ensure the timely execution of project deliverables by coordinating activities among various teams and departments.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Act as a liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders, and contractors. Maintain clear and open lines of communication to ensure everyone is aligned and informed on project progress and any potential issues.
- **Resource Allocation**: Coordinate and allocate necessary resources, materials, and equipment to support project execution. Anticipate potential resource constraints and proactively address them.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes. Prepare regular status reports for project managers and senior leadership.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with project managers. Proactively address challenges to prevent disruptions to project timelines and objectives.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Contribute ideas to improve project management processes and procedures. Participate in lessons learned sessions to enhance future project execution.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also functioning effectively within a team.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Understanding of sustainable construction practices and energy-efficient technologies is a plus.
