We are partnering with a diverse clientele who are now seeking a passionate and experienced HR Directors / Head of HR to join the leadership team and drive their human resources strategy to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Lead and manage the HR team to ensure delivery of high-quality HR services across the organisation.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
Manage and improve the performance management system to support employee development and organisational growth.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
Oversee compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitive and equitable rewards.
Lead the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters.
Foster a positive and productive workplace culture through effective communication and change management.Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum CIPD Level 7 qualification is essential.
Proven experience as an HR Director, Head of HR, or similar senior HR role.
Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software tools.
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution of HR initiatives.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience in managing organisational change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Knowledge of HR software and tools
