Transformative Role in Global Property & Outsourcing

Network HR is seeking a visionary People Director to drive strategic HR initiatives and lead organisational change across a global workforce.

About the Role:

  • Strategic Partner: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business-driven HR strategies, driving engagement, retention, and talent development.
  • People Plan Ownership: Design and execute a comprehensive People Plan that aligns with business objectives, focusing on boosting employee engagement and retention.
  • Talent Development: Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to build strong talent pipelines and succession plans, ensuring a high-performing team.
  • Culture Ambassador: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring it is woven into the fabric of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Visionary: Develop and implement business-driven HR strategies, leveraging expertise in People management to drive business outcomes.
  • Execution Excellence: Deliver high-quality results, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive organisational change.
  • Industry Expertise: Possess experience across multiple sectors, with a preference for blended workforces within Engineering, FM & Outsourcing, Construction, and Retail.
  • Global Perspective: Demonstrate a deep understanding of global business trends, with experience in large multinational businesses.
  • Leadership with Impact: Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive strategic vision and hands-on execution.
  • Expert Insight: Possess a deep understanding of UK legislation and market trends, ensuring compliance and best practices.
