About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate to join our Organisation Insights & Change team within Employee Experience at WTW. As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in developing strategies and delivering high-impact solutions for our clients' most complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop insights related to employee experience risks and impacts, and communicate those insights clearly and succinctly.
  • Support the integration of insights into client work across the EX spectrum, including pension and benefit engagement, wellbeing, culture transformation, Total Rewards engagement, organisation transformation, and the future of work.
  • Support the delivery of insights software administration projects, including developing relationships with clients, suppliers, and project team members to coordinate logistics.
  • Support the design and set-up of employee perception questionnaires, translations, printing, online set-up, distribution, and return of questionnaire materials.
  • Contribute to the preparation of materials for presentations and client training workshops.
  • Work with project managers to create project plans and other project documents, ensuring realistic timescales and project resourcing requirements.
  • Monitor project status, keep the project plan up to date, and discuss changes or issues with the project team and suppliers.
  • Oversee the production of all data reports and distribute to the correct recipients.
  • Apply quality control procedures and ensure high standards of quality are maintained.
  • Ensure timesheets for client billing are submitted in a timely fashion.
  • Manage time effectively to help the business meet its financial targets.
  • Develop technical knowledge and skills across a variety of industries and human capital areas.
  • Take EX insights gathered through your own and others' work and use these to deliver measurable results for clients.
  • Effectively present client deliverables at client meetings and help the project team build trusted advisor relationships.
  • Contribute to the development of intellectual capital, including new tools, solutions, and approaches around Employee Experience.
  • Identify opportunities to further develop technical knowledge and skills across a variety of industries and human capital areas.
