The Role of Customer Service Representative
* As a Customer Services Representative you will be based from our cleints offices in Chepstow.
* You will work with a dynamic, friendly team taking inbound calls dealing with an array of customer service enquires.
* For example you could be dealing with invoice queries, helping to resolve potential issues, liaising with other departments, updating the CRM system and doing follow ups.
* You will be responsible for dealing with incoming orders and then processing them on the system.
* You will be apart of a collaberative, friendly, vibrant team.

The Candidate for the Customer Service Representative
* We are looking for a bright, well organised, friendly, sociable candidate with strong customer relationship / relationship building skills
* You must have a good telephone manor
* You must have good initiative and be a good problem solver

* £28,000 basic
