What you'll do
Review, optimise, develop, and manage the UK HR integrations and interfaces between SuccessFactors EC and internal / external HR and Business systems / teams requiring HR data feeds. SPOC for local and VOIS IT Support teams / Testing teams to liaise with regarding development and issue management.

  • Lead Technical integrations for Local & Global HR System upgrades / implementations
  • Be involved with planning, architecture/design, configuration, data management, integration support, testing and deployment
  • Collaborate with Business owners, IT Support, Development, and Testing Teams, plus HR VOIS to continually review and progress opportunities for optimisation, and stabilisation of Integrations and Interfaces.
  • Track, review, and communicate the delivery of integration optimisation projects to HR and Business Stakeholders, ensure all are delivered successfully on plan.
  • Maintain and communicate a UK HR Integrations map, detailing design and configuration details, key contacts, and list of current key risks.

Who you are
Business analysis and integration design experience.
Project management skills.
Ability to work in a cross functional / multi geography environment with a variety of stakeholders
SuccessFactors EC (Employee Central) system and integration experience.- Nice to have
Knowledge of HR environments HR / IT and data environments.- Nice to have
