What you’ll do  

Review, optimise, develop, and manage the UK HR integrations and interfaces between SuccessFactors EC and internal / external HR and Business systems / teams requiring HR data feeds. SPOC for local and VOIS IT Support teams / Testing teams to liaise with regarding development and issue management.

• Lead Technical integrations for Local & Global HR System upgrades / implementations
• Be involved with planning, architecture/design, configuration, data management, integration support, testing and deployment
• Collaborate with Business owners, IT Support, Development, and Testing Teams, plus HR VOIS to continually review and progress opportunities for optimisation, and stabilisation of Integrations and Interfaces.
• Track, review, and communicate the delivery of integration optimisation projects to HR and Business Stakeholders, ensure all are delivered successfully on plan.
• Maintain and communicate a UK HR Integrations map, detailing design and configuration details, key contacts, and list of current key risks.

Who you are

• Business analysis and integration design experience.
• Project management skills. 
• Ability to work in a cross functional / multi geography environment with a variety of stakeholders 
• SuccessFactors EC (Employee Central) system and integration experience.- Nice to have 
• Knowledge of HR environments HR / IT and data environments.- Nice to have
