Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR Systems Team, you will be responsible for providing system support and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the shared mailbox and respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in various projects, including data migration and system testing, to ensure seamless integration and accuracy.
  • Perform data integrity checks to validate the accuracy of information held within HR systems.
  • Provide accurate reporting to the wider business, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Liaise with external system suppliers to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with HR systems, with a strong understanding of data management and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience with Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
