About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Administrator to join our team at Novuna. As a key member of our HR Systems Team, you will be responsible for providing system support to ensure all operations are running smoothly and set up correctly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the shared mailbox requests and respond to enquiries
  • Assist on various projects including implementing data migration and system testing
  • Carry out data integrity checks to validate the accuracy of information held within HR systems
  • Provide accurate reporting to the wider business
  • Liaise with external system suppliers
Requirements

We are looking for a data-driven individual with experience working with HR systems. You should be a problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting with excellent timekeeping skills. You should also be able to work on your own initiative whilst being a key team player and building relationships with your stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Excel skills (VLOOKUP and pivot tables)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with HR systems
