Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, enhance, and oversee the HR data integrations and interfaces between SuccessFactors EC and various internal and external HR and business systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for local and IT support teams regarding development and issue resolution.
- Lead technical integrations for both local and global HR system upgrades and implementations.
- Participate in planning, design, configuration, data management, integration support, testing, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT support, development, and testing teams to identify and pursue opportunities for optimization and stabilization of integrations and interfaces.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the progress of integration optimization projects to HR and business stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive UK HR integrations map, detailing design and configuration specifics, key contacts, and current risks.
Qualifications
- Experience in business analysis and integration design.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Ability to navigate a cross-functional and multi-geographical environment with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors EC (Employee Central) systems and integration processes is a plus.
- Understanding of HR and IT data environments is advantageous.
