Provide administrative support to the client management team, including preparing reports, scheduling appointments, and organising client files.ExperienceDirect Business to Customer/B2C sales experience as you will be part of the sales team.Superb organisational skills, numerically confident and can demonstrate excellent communication ability.The ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.Excellent communication skills including via the phone, e mail etc.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Higher education is preferred.Computer skills
must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe etc.Prior administrative or client services experience within a corporate organisation may be strongly desired.Experience using Xero Accounting Software is strongly preferred.A professional and friendly demeanourHave a keen eye for detailFull clean driving licence ideallyYou will be work closely with the Commercial Manager to develop your understanding of our industry and provide a first class service for our clients and customers.
