An Aftercare Officer is required to join a Not For Profit organisation in London, providing exceptional administrative and customer support in the Housing Management team.

Description
Key responsibilities:
Managing communications between residents and defects/maintenance teams
Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department
Manage contractor and resident relationships and provide excellent customer service
Experience of defects management
Handle and resolve any aftercare issues promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Coordinate with other departments
Ensure compliance with all organisational policies and proceduresProfile
A successful Aftercare Officer should have:
A backgroud in the Housing/Property sector in a similar role
Experience in a client-facing customer-service position
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Proficiency in using office software
A commitment to providing excellent customer serviceJob Offer
What's on offer:
An attractive salary between £33,000 and £37,000 per annum
12 month fixed term contract
