Our Aftercare team is looking for someone who is confident and loves interaction with customers, builders and consultants. You must enjoy problem solving and have a determination to achieve positive outcomes for our customers in strict timeframes.
The role will involve being the point of contact for our customers when reporting repairs in their new homes and having a positive input into new schemes that L&Q is developing.
It is essential that you possess excellent telephone skills, organisational and IT skills, together with the ability to work as part of a team.
