Aftercare Administrator

We are currently seeking an experienced Aftercare Administrator to sit within the aftercare team. This person will assist in the overall smooth running of the aftercare department and will be responsible for various aspects of administration and organisation across all projects which the aftercare department are undertaking or managing.

This role will be office based with occasional travel to our other sites within central London.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting with aftercare department expenditure and cost reports.
- Assisting project teams with procurement & building relationships with suppliers/manufacturer/subcontractors
- Handle the minute-taking at meetings
- Organise project folders, testing certificates, reports and O&M manuals
- Keep department management diaries up to date
- Assist with labour forecasting for the department
- To provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable the smooth running of the aftercare team plus operation on-site - including following up all telephone queries, in a timely and professional manner
- Logging time-sheets
- Assisting in invoicing
- Scheduling of labour
- Creating Product orders and subcontractor orders
- Logging any snags/defects onto appropriate trackers
- Assisting with general administrative duties and providing over all support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between clients/suppliers/enquirers/subcontractors and relevant staff, and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in person, and to verbal or written instructions
- Excellent organisational skills
- 1-2 years’ experience within construction/engineering
- Numerically accurate with attention to detail
- Self-motivated and a pro-active attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Eloquent and professional telephone manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
