True generalist experience is needed as there will be exciting project work & ‘business as usual’ activities across the full People & Culture remit. This is a hybrid role with 3 days required in the office. Our offices are based in Leeds, Milton Keynes & London so your home base would need to be in a commutable distance to one of our offices.

· Starting salary of £42,425 (rising to £44,400 in March 2025)
