People Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a People Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our leadership and management teams, ensuring a consistent and fair approach across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a key partner to the leadership and management teams, providing guidance and coaching on people-related topics and processes.
- Champion a culture of high performance by assisting with the design and development of commercially focused people solutions.
- Provide advice and guidance on change programs, ensuring that changes are effectively introduced and are legally compliant.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of our people operations, including payroll administration.
- Monitor relevant KPIs and support the business in developing and implementing action plans to improve performance.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong understanding of employment legislation and best practice. You will have the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels in an organization and have experience of partnering and/or supporting managers in an HR role.
You will also have experience in supporting the delivery of strategic change in an HR role and have a real interest in HR and contributing to the development of the business and the People function.
We are looking for someone who is focused on improving and simplifying processes, making the People team easy to work with. You will have the courage and confidence to challenge people managers in a constructive way and hold a CIPD level 5 or be qualified by experience.
