We are seeking a highly skilled People Business Partner to join our team at Addition+. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of people-related policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement employee experience frameworks to drive business outcomes.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable initiatives and projects.
  • Coach managers on effective goal-setting, performance management, and development opportunities.
  • Manage promotion and pay cycle processes to ensure fairness and equity.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of generalist HR experience, with a focus on talent development and organizational design.
  • Proven track record of managing HR projects with tight budgets and deadlines.
  • Level 5 CIPD certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with remuneration and reward design.
