About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate HR professional to join our team as a People & Culture Partner. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for partnering with leaders across various departments to manage the HR needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment, selection, onboarding, employee relations, leavers, project work, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Hybrid and flexible working arrangements, with occasional travel to our offices in Leeds, London, and Milton Keynes.
  • Strategic focus on key projects, including succession planning, ED&I initiatives, apprenticeships, and automation and system management.
  • Data-driven HR, analyzing and using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • A mix of strategy and administration, managing day-to-day HR tasks while focusing on delivering long-term strategic goals.
About You

We are looking for a confident, resilient, and proactive individual with a strong background in HR. You will have:

  • CIPD Level 5 Qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven generalist HR experience, ideally at the Senior Advisor level.
  • Strong employee relations knowledge and experience managing ER cases in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic mindset and project experience, able to implement and deliver key HR initiatives.
  • Confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
