Job Title: People Partner

Morgan Philips Specialist Recruitment is seeking an experienced People Partner to join our team. As a key member of our People team, you will play a vital role in supporting the strategic approach of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to manage day-to-day generalist activities, as well as lead strategic projects that align with our people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, Senior Management, and the People Team to evolve and action our people strategy.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience and value proposition.
  • Utilize data to inform and support the implementation of people-focused initiatives and management strategies.
  • Act as a facilitator for change, aiding in business transformations aligned with Company goals.
  • Maintain compliance with all people-related reporting requirements, both internally and externally.
  • Develop and update HR policies to reflect organizational needs.
